The concept was developed adopting a radical intergrated design approach: every part of the building - from its shape to its tiniest component will cooperate to maximum effect. Some of the highlights are: Elliptical shape oriented to minimize East and West facades, Horizontal and vertical sun shading louvers to minimize solar gain, traditional elements are combined with innovative building systems, fair faced concrete for the central core in order to exploit iys thermal mass combined with free cooling night ventilation, Canadian water treatment, Grey water treatment and on site re-use, green roofing on the hill shaped, organic podium conceived as the oasis concept, functional mixing between office spaces and amenities, use of integrated workplace management system/Buidling managemnt system in order to provide a smart working enviornment
